We have been through the family visa process ourselves. Our father emigrated to Australia in 2002 from Singapore and ran a successful restaurant in Busselton, Western Australia. We followed two years later with our mother and we had a great deal of uncertainty in our lives living in Australia on several bridging visas and having had past applications refused. We were finally granted permanent residency eight years later.

Our father was committed to the visa process and paid a great deal of money to have our family visa application processed. In hindsight, probably too much money. It was a stressful journey for us and could have been made easier with a more focused and communicative registered migration agent on our side, someone who communicated with the entire family that’s involved in this process.

Because of our own personal experience, we are focused on understanding your immigration goals so we can get you the best possible outcome.

Going back to the idea that every application is as unique as the people involved, we understand that the visa application process can be challenging for many. We’re happy to accommodate you and want to help those who would normally be turned away by other migration firms.

If you can’t or don’t have access to email or the internet, that’s ok! The visa application is submitted online, but we do this for you. If you prefer to have a conversation over the phone or post documentation to us, rather than use email, then that’s fine too. It’s all about what’s most comfortable and convenient for you.

We don’t try and fit you into our processes and you are never treated as just a number. We know the immigration process inside out. This means that we can avoid common mistakes people often make. As an example, did you know that not all documentation needs to be submitted to The Department of Home Affairs at the outset?

This is especially useful to note if you have a time-sensitive application. We can focus on submitting your visa application, but continue to gather your supporting evidence afterwards.
